Refund and Returns Policy

At Taksh Infinity, we strive to ensure customer satisfaction and provide high-quality products. Please read our Return and Refund Policy to understand the guidelines for returning or refunding your purchase:

  1. Damaged Products: In rare instances where your item arrives damaged, please contact our customer support team within 48 hours of delivery. We may request evidence such as photos or unboxing videos without pause to verify the damage. Once verified, we will initiate a refund or replacement.

  2. Refund Ineligibility:

    • We do not accept returns for items that meet their description and are in good condition.
    • Personalized products and specially made items are not eligible for a refund.
    • Personal care products, skincare items, and hygiene-sensitive products like mugs/sippers cannot be returned.
  3. Refund Eligibility:

    • If your order is not delivered within 45 days from the order date, you are eligible for an automatic refund.
    • If a prepaid order is canceled by the customer after dispatching or if the customer is not available to accept the order, we will refund the amount after deducting forward and reverse shipping charges.
    • If you provide evidence of transit damage within 48 hours of delivery and it is accepted by us, we will initiate a return pick-up, conduct a quality check, and initiate a replacement.
    • If you wish to replace or exchange a product for any reason, you will be responsible for shipping it back to us (delivery charges borne by the customer).

Please note that the refunded amount will exclude the shipping charges incurred during the original order.
