Payment Method:

• We accept all major Credit & Debit cards, Gpay, Phonepe, and Net Banking for secure and encrypted payments. Your card details will not be stored.
• All prices mentioned on our website are in INR (Indian Rupees). If you reside outside India, your bank may convert the purchase currency.

• Cash On Delivery (COD) orders are confirmed via a call and dispatched within 2 working days. Please note that orders will only be shipped once confirmed on the call.

Shipping Charges:

• We provide free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999.
• For orders below ₹999, a standard shipping charge of ₹59 is applicable.
• Cash On Delivery (COD) orders incur a charge of ₹99.
• Free shipping is not applicable for Cash On Delivery (COD) orders.

Delivery Time:

• After placing your order, it will be shipped within 1-2 working days.
• You will receive an email and SMS with delivery details and tracking link for your convenience.
• While we strive to deliver within the stipulated timelines, actual delivery time may vary depending on your location and our courier partners.

Order Cancellation:

• Orders can be canceled if they have not been shipped yet.
• Once the order is dispatched, cancellation is not possible.
• For prepaid orders, refunds will be processed within 2-8 business days after the cancellation request is duly processed.
